Shipping Methods

Drop-Ship Items (via Wix): Some merchandise is shipped directly from our suppliers through Wix’s drop-shipping service. Delivery times and tracking information will be provided by Wix once your order is fulfilled.

Chapter-Managed Items: Other items may be shipped by mail or delivered in person at Chapter 12 events. If in-person delivery is selected, we will confirm the event details with you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination.
In-person delivery at events is free of charge.

Delivery Times

Chapter-managed items: Standard USPS delivery times apply for mailed items; in-person delivery occurs at the scheduled event.
