Refund Policy

TSPS Chapter 12 values your support and participation. Please review our refund guidelines below:

 

Merchandise Purchases

All merchandise sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: tspschapter12@gmail.com
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Event Registrations

Refunds for paid event registrations will be considered if requested at least 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.

We do not guarantee refunds for event registrations. These are considered by the executive board on an event case by case basis. 

 

Donations

Donations are non-refundable, as they directly support Chapter 12 programs and initiatives.

 

Processing


Approved refunds will be processed in a timely manner, not to exceed 10 business days from the date of executive board approval.
